Meet Our Founder/CEO: Trey Sanders

Trey Sanders III is one of the top prospective black professionals in the music industry. Since 2020, he has worked in the music industry for about 4 years. Mr. Sanders has made some major accomplishments since he embarked on his Journey in the music industry. Mr. Sanders got his first start in music by working as promotions lead at 90.9 KTSU/The Vibe Radio. Trey attended Texas Southern University, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Entertainment & Recording Industry Management (Music Business) with a minor in Radio Television, and Film. He has worked at the world's largest record company, Universal Music Group in Strategic Partnerships, and Live Nation Competitor “Goldenvoice/AEG Presents.” Mr.Sanders has been active in the Recording Academy’s “Grammy U” program, being Texas Southern University’s Grammy U Ambassador & and 2x Grammy U Mentee. He is dedicated to Counter Culture's philosophy of evolving the music industry's culture. Furthermore, He has worked on projects with some of music’s most well-known companies including Universal Music Group, Warner Records, Atlantic Records, Def Jam Recordings, and more.
